JOIN THE UNION

CHAMPION FAIRNESS AND DEMOCRACY

TAKE ACTION

PROMOTE BETTER ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES AND HIGHER QUALITY EDUCATION

BUILD POWER

DEFEND HEALTHCARE AND PUBLIC SERVICES FOR ALL STUDENTS

Joining a union can have a significant impact on workers, especially for women and people of color. The Economic Policy Institute has demonstrated the many benefits of unionization, including increased wages, improved benefits, and reduced wage inequities. By supporting progressive policies and increasing education funding, unions can help reduce inequality and provide more opportunities for workers and their families.
